My static endpoint is broken and I don't want to lose credits

You can temporarily disable a static tunnel through the webinterface. When it is disabled no ping checks will be performed and no credits will be lost.

You can enable the tunnel again with the same interface when your endpoint is functioning again.

Note that the tunnel will be unconfigured from the PoP when the tunnel is marked disabled.
