The route to XXX is broken

SixXS only handles the termination of the tunnel and makes sure that the tunnel gets configured correctly on the PoPs side.

Routing between the PoP and any other destination is not in the hands of SixXS and the responsibility lies completely at the ISP who hosts the PoP.

In case of problems in the routing you should notify SixXS who will in turn notify the owners of the PoP.
