World of Warcraft to go ipv6

It seems Blizzard is trying ipv6 in the test realms:

WoW is big in the APNIC-area, where ipv4-adresses are going scarce quickly, and therefore many endusers are given ipv6 and only NAT-adresses, so ipv6 support is useful.

However, even if the ipv6-checkbox is there on my PTR-instanve, it is grayed out.
Can anybody here do ipv6-wow?

I think WoW ought to reward players who use IPv6 to connect exclusively for at least a week or so with some valuable in-game item. That just might create the long needed boost for IPv6 adoption.

I tried this the other day when I got my heartbeat tunnel up and running - Little Snith on my Mac was showing WOW 64 bit client connecting to IPV6 addresses - so I guess its working

Little Snitch is indeed a really awesome tool.
The only small thing it does 'wrong' is when multiple DNS labels point to a host as then it might pick the wrong hostname to display, but that is only a minor issue with it.

Yes your right, World of Warcraft is on IPv6. The gamemenu shows which transport is used.
