INN - how to force usage of AAAA-records for peers?

Hi all,
I started to configure news peers (nntp) via ipv6. Most of the people provide DNS-entries that resolve either to A- or AAAA-records, so I can use them in innfeed.conf and incoming.conf.
But some peers have both A- and AAAA-records belonging to the same hostname. At the moment I use numerical v6-ip-adresses in those configfiles to ensure that a v6-connection is used (innfeed.conf) or allowed (incoming.conf). One partner wishes that I use DNS so there isn't the need to notify me when addresses change, so I'd like to use FQDNs instead of numerical v6-addresses.
Is there a way to tell INN that he should only use the corressponding AAAA-records of an FQDN-entry?
Regards
Holger

On my boxen (Debian and Ubuntu Linux) INN2 automatically favours IPv6 to IPv4. What is your setup?
Cheers,
Klaus.
