I currently use mod_bt 0.0.19 included in Debian Etch, but it would seem that he does not understand the requests in IPv6. Which are the compatible tracker?
The tracker used by SixXS is it available to create his own tracker?

Try bttrack from bittornado Debian package.

Thanks, bttrack have an option to use IPv6 connection. But bttrack is not very easy to use ^^

You can use Azureus/Vuze which is a full-featured Java client and tracker. Supports IPv6, UDP and encryption, as well as distibuted tracking etc. Also can automatically "share" a directory on your on tracker with HTTPS support =)
