I support that motion!, contributing with a 2x100mbit (2 100mbit links bonded together) to-be seed for it! :D.
The server itself has quite good IPv6 connectivity at the site so it should be able to max out :).
Nice to see this finally happening seeing as ubuntu is a fairly popular linux distro that gets tons of downloads daily.

This is a long shot, but I'm developing an IPv6 patch for a client and the Ubuntu tracker (and any Azureus tracker) replies to an announce with "compact=1" set by stuffing the first four bytes of the IPv6 peer address into the field used for IPv4 addresses. Does anyone know an open-source client (besides Azureus) that works with this tracker *with* compact set in the announce? The Azureus developers are being quite hard to reach...
