A self-service UI for updating handles could (IMHO) be a major improvement.
This could make it easier to actually have current accurate contact info for users, and at the same time reduce the workload for SixXS staff.

It would not change much in work load, as the details still have to be verified.
We have a in-development version of this, but it requires more changes to the backend before we can deploy it.
