Hello,
Currently when creating a tunnel from Ukraine SixXS offer to use only Russian POP ruled01, which have RTT near 80ms while for example Polish POP plwaw01 have 15ms RTT.
Please enable to choose Polish POPs for users from Ukraine.

The ISPs who host (read: pay) for the PoP decide who can be the PoPs users.
Most PoPs are restricted to "users in our country", so is plwaw01 which only caters to Polish endpoints.
Only the ruled01 PoP accepts Russian and Ukrainian endpoints.
