Can I move my /64 to another provider, we now have native ipv6 on our fiber.
If not I'll just renumber, I'll have to that with our ipv4-adresses.

As the address space of the tunnel is owned/operated by the PoP provider, you cannot.
You will thus have to renumber.

You are lucky. Russian providers don't hurry to implement native IPv6 for clients. Even there is no suitable equipment that supports IPv6.

Backbones/datacenters have been IPv6-ready for a long time, it's just ISP that are still a problem.
