Planned downtime

Hello and thank you for this service. :) My problem is that I will be leaving for a week soon, and I need to tern my server off :(. Is there any way I can do this without loosing my tunnel and 50 credits? Would disabling the tunnel be enough? Thanks Marcus

AFAIK disabling the tunnel is enough. You won't loose any credits, but it will reset your tunnel uptime (see 'Tunnel Uptime Statistics' page). When you come back, simply enable the tunnel again (this should work instantly). Max

By disabling the tunnel you decide that you want to turn the tunnel of. This thus makes the system known that you wanted it. Which is something we like. If you would not disable it you will be sending packets which are not received anyway, thus that will cause you credits because it is actually down. And indeed... it will cost you your uptime, but it wasn't up so that is reasonable.
