Tracker submission disasbled?

Has anyone else received the "Currently Disabled" page when clicking on the 'tracker submit' link?
Does anyone know why its been disabled? I've been looking for answers in the faq and news section and I haven't been able to find any.

Tracker submission disasbled?
The tracker is in beta, we have disabled submissions as currently the system is not fully working and this avoids people from sending in submissions and then being frustrated because it does not work.
We'll re-enable it again when we have had proper time to fix these issues.
