It seems that something is moving, at last ! *D
"Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (20 July 2004) â ICANN announced today that for the first time, an IPv6 nameserver address has been added to the Internet's root DNS zone. This next generation version of the Internet Protocol provides trillions more addresses than the IPv4 system that is in use by most networks today."

That is only for .jp and .kr.
.de and .fr and neither .nl have them.
Next to that, any good working root-servers available?
Or even better how about getting your NS record into the zones?
And on another note .com/net/org are the big zones...

.de like .fr both have a DNS server that have IPv6 capability as announced from the .de servers, but the root servers (www.root-servers.org) don't know about those as they don't have glue for it:

I know, you are right but I suppose this was just the first step.
In that article you can also read:
Other requests are pending and will be added in accordance with documented procedure, which was developed through ICANN's unique multi-stakeholder consensus-based approach.
Now there is a concrete intention by ICANN to support IPv6, root servers and more countries will hopefully follow...

fr got the root zone glues, but de hasn't got them already.
