my heartbeat client stopped working for about 3 hours.
Now I run it but the tunnel is not working and the LastAlive not updated.
Help ? I use Scarlet pop.

according to a previews post on the forum, I checked my traceroute to scarlet
also and I see I am having the same problem that I cant reach them, but I can reach other pops.

1) If you want to ask a question to the SixXS Staff, either operational issues, abuse and/or other questions, then these should be directed to the contact address. The SixXS Staff don't regulary browse the forums, thus if you want to ask them something use the contact address.
2) Reporting problems

It started working again now, just I still cant traceroute it... can it be ?
I can ping it.
