IRC servers not allowing in, when enough credits

I do have enough credits, but the IRC servers specified on Sixxs list doesn't allow in.
Any ideas why? I do have 78 credits, but no I:Lines has been setup, always unauthorized connection.
Any ideas why? Or should i contact IRC server administrators?

I'd recommend redirecting your question to sixxs staff.
How can anyone possibly try to help you if we don't know about your setup and which server you are trying...
