POP Down and credit loss

Hi All,
This morning my POP (nzwlg01) was down for a few hours. When it came back up my tunnel re established its self and everything is fine now.
I have been debited 5 credits though, while it is of no major concern to me, I know that even in the best environments down time happens but I am wondering if I should peruse this to get my 5 credits back and what the correct procedure would be?
I was planning to establish a new tunnel next with a subnet in order to continue my testing but I suppose it could wait a few more weeks.

Our system is not really made for the problem of down PoPs and thus indeed this is a bogus problem and everyone will get their credits back plus a bit more.
