Due to the fact that the German POP has some odd problems it is not working at the moment. To check if a POP is really up or not you can now check the POP Status page which will simply show either 'up' or 'down' for the relevenant POP. We hope these problems will be resolved soon by the Cybernet AG staff. Lost credits due to down time will be refunded. Some additional addons in the SixXS software should make sure that a POP that is down doesn't bother the user anymore. The credits subtracted during these problems have been refunded.
