Which POPs allow user managed reverse delegations?

I know that nlams04, Scarlet, supports the use of my own
server for reverse delegations. And thar sesto01 does not;
says it's managed by the POP.
Which other POPs do? I can't seem to find this information
anywhere but on the subnet page, but I'm not there yet...
As Scarlet is down indefinitely, I would like to request
a new POP that allows me to manage the reverse myself.

All the PoPs allow the enduser to define NS records for the /48 subnet they get delegated.
