hello all,
i want to setup a beacon on my apache server,
i just wondering about what happent to
http://mars.innerghost.net.ipv4.sixxs.org/matrix/
seems to be down since a few weeks , so the renater matrix at
http://supervision-ipv6.renater.fr/public/m6bone/matrix
is the only alternative ?

Is actually http://mars.innerghost.net/matrix/ but then going through IPv6Gate
and the real host seems to be dead. Note that *.ipv4.sixxs.org and *.ipv6.sixxs.org and mostly *.sixxs.org are servers not ran by SixXS, but are proxied toward their real hosts using IPv6Gate or IPv4Gate.
Some people seem to like it to use those url's for everything, including publishing it all over the place, while the same hosts usually can be used directly. In this case that host seems pretty dead/overloaded.

6to4 as mentioned there is a transition mechanism. The browser should not care how you get IPv6 connectivity. Best place to ask mac-specific place about this, or contact Apple of course, you did pay for the license after all. Other way around it is to simply use Firefox which does it correctly.
