How to request a tunnel on hubud02?

Not so long ago 2 new PoPs opened in Hungary. Both are operated by DIGI Kft. The hubud01 PoP is public, and hubud02 is restricted to DIGI customers [1]. My ISP at home is DIGI, so I'm a DIGI customer. When I'm requesing for a tunnel, the only available choice for a PoP is hubud01. How can I request a tunnel on hubud02? Do I have to ask DIGI directly?

As I see, you are live in Slovakia.
Allowed prefix for hubud02 i think only DIGI-HU prefixes (AS20845)
