company: SixXS TestNetwork->SixXS CommercialNetwork?

Hi =:)
I think this one is really missing in the FAQ.
Assuming I help a friend setting up his own tunnel to SixXS.
Now, he read brave the FAQ (who wouldn't? :)) , earns credits,
request a subnet, all works fine. It turns out our friend is
a company exploring IPv6 possiblities. Thanks to the stable
nature of IPv6 Tunnel to SixXS, they decide to get closer to
the point and want a commercial use of the SixXS Tunnel, and
their /48.
So, where to go from here?(my sugestions in [])

Is not needed. As one is allowed to use the connectivity for commercial means on most of the PoPs. Of course if one is going to ship extreme amounts of data or is building a business on it, it might be better to request commercial connectivity directly from a provider. The PoPs try to be as perfectly working as possible, but we can't promise that they will, there is no SLA on it.
Some PoPs, like the ones from Surfnet and HEAnet have a guideline that they should not be used for commercial usage. Though in limits, testing wise, it is acceptable. This is to their nature as NREN's and it would be unfair competition if they would provide something for free, which other ISP's have to pay from own budget and not from the tax money they are mostly using.
To be sure that you are not tripping over people's toes, send a mail to the Staff and we will relay it to the involved parties to clear it up.

One of the main goals of SixXS is to stop providing IPv6 as the world is using IPv6 natively everywhere, as such, if you decide to buy commercial IPv6 from a provider (hint: you might want to try the ISP's who provide the actual PoPs) would be a great thing. There is no must there either though.
