Telia AS1299 routing problem

It looks like AS1299 (telia) does not have routes to many ASes.
dns1.ipv6.telia.net (2001:2000:4000::2) can't be reached for example from:
SixXS NOC, AS12871
Easynet, AS4589
Concepts ICT BV, AS12871
NFSi Telecom, Lda., AS25137
and many others.
