My ping to my POP is around 39ms, but when I have to move a lot of data over the net (v4), several GBs, the ping goes higher and higher and so on. Packet loss also rises... What is the limit on SixXS (p. loss) that the tunnel is still figured to be O.K. (doesnt get disabled or unactivated) ?

We don't keep that much of attention to it but what you should do is read LARTC or similar setups, bsd has dummynet for that purpose. What you want to do is limit upstream traffic so that the ack's for the downstream traffic still can get through adequatly. Check the link for more information about that. This is a common problem with ADSL/PPTP/PPP setups.
