tunnel administrative disabled but problem solved

My tunnel is still disabled because of a wrong email adres. I changed the email adres, it is updated from whois by sixxs, I emailed sixxs @ info at sixxs dot net to get it enabled again, but it is still disabled. Do I miss something what I have to do to get it enabled again?
