Mobile linux clients

I would like to have IPv6 connectivity from my laptop, but I am a globetrotter and thus can't really stick to one PoP. Mobile IPv6 isn't really available on Linux yet. What are my options?

Nautilus6 - Mobile IPv6 for Linux and BSD. The problem with that of course is that both client and server need to understand it, thus even if you properly do Mobile IPv6 it doesn't mean the other side accepts connections from you that way. Thus your second solution: one tunnel per continent ;)

Another two solutions are Teredo and Freenet6. When at home use Sixxs :) You won't get a subnet with Teredo or Freenet6, but I doubt this is much of an issue given your needs. The relavant sites are: - Miredo (Teredo implementation for non-Windows platforms): http://www.remlab.net/miredo/ - Freenet6: http://go6.net/4105/freenet.asp

How would these help? There are only few Teredo exit-nodes (equivalent to a PoP) and one doesn't know where those are, thus your traffic might bounce around the planet several times. Freenet6 still (afaik) only has one PoP in Canada, thus that doesn't help out either.
