I have run an AAAA scan of the alexa top 500 web sites there are 2 that came back:

Good stuff. It may be interesting to run this every month or so, to see what the progress is (if any).
Methodology wise a remark.
Since you are working on the basis of popular websites, you are e.g. missing ipv6.google.com. It can be argued that Google supports IPv6. Then again, you can argue that www.google.com does not support IPv6.

Check IPv6 Deployment Trends by Lars Eggert who does this on a global scale and with quite some history also behind it, and graphs etc.
