credits, heartbeats and subnets

i hope someone here can confirm something for me.
everything is setup and running using subnet over
a heartbeat tunnel. my understanding from the faq
is that 'cause it's a heartbeat tunnel i don't
need to worry about enabling/disabling it manually
- the route will be removed if the heartbeat dies.
is this correct? or will i get credit penalties
should i forget to disable the subnet tunnel
manually?

You won't get any penalty out of this. But remember that heartbeat tunnels get their credits only once.
