DNS question

I currently have active IPv6 connection. It works without issues. However, I am wondering how I can setup DNS for my IPv6 connection.
I have been reading FAQ and other documents, but I am no closer to figure out what I need to do to get DNS up and running.
I do have a bind server and all IPv6 domains that I connect to resolve correctly.
Thanks for the help.

I think it depends on what platform (OS & software stack) you will be hosting your DNS server on. What's your current setup up?

My home DNS server uses Gentoo Linux. But it is not hosting any domains on it. That same computer also handles my IPv6 tunnel.

I am also looking for properly getting a DNS server setup for my IPv6 subnet. Adding to this thread to see if you got any pointers off forum for suggestions of setting up a local DNS server I would be interested.

My computers are all in AD, so MS DNS works great for me...add the computer to the domain and the entry magically appears in DNS
