Noob questions about getting an Asus RT-N16 router setup...

Hello, I am fairly new to IPv6, not a complete noob when it comes to computers, but I must admit, IPv6 still confuses me more than a little...
I have succeeded in getting a SixXS account up, tunnel setup, and have succeeded getting AICCU working on a single windows 2008 R2 machine.
I have been testing the tunnel, and am now willing to try and roll it out to my router, and this is where I have been getting stumped...
I have an ASUS RT-N16 router running the latest OEM firmware, which supports IPv6, But I do not believe that it supports AICCU.
My tunnel is currently configured AYIYA, is it possible to setup a dynamic tunnel without the TIC service running somewhere? (I don't have an ISP static IP)
My router supports as IPv6 Setups: "Native, Tunnel 6to4, Tunnel 6in4, Tunnel 6rd, and Static IPv6"
My ISP doesn't support native, and I believe 6to4 doesn't work correctly for me. (Average ping just to google is about 300ms, but with SixXS tunnel on same system, it gets about the same as IPv4, around 40ms)
I am trying to figure out if I can setup my router, and if so, how?
Here is the config options for my router...
Quote Basic Config Connection Type:Tunnel 6in4 Server IPv4 Address:66.223.254.250 Client IPv6 Address:my tunnel prefix ending in 1? IPv6 Prefix Length:64 Tunnel MTU:1280 Tunnel TTL:64 IPv6 LAN Setting LAN IPv6 Address LAN Prefix Length: LAN IPv6 Prefix:my tunnel prefix? or is it this one?

AYIYA effectively requires TIC as the tunnel parameters come from there.
If your device does not have AICCU it quite likely will not support AYIYA either.
My router supports as IPv6 Setups: "Native, Tunnel 6to4, Tunnel 6in4, Tunnel 6rd, and Static IPv6"
Then you should be using "Tunnel 6in4" with a static tunnel. If you do not have a static IPv4 address though you are out of luck as then likely your IPv4 address will change regularly which either requires a heartbeat or AYIYA tunnel.
You are much better off replacing the firmware with something with more functions.
Apparently OpenWRT supports ASUS RT-N16 in the next version coming out, though it is still a Work In Progress.

I had hoped that was not the case, thank you for the response.
