Win8.1 x64 tapinstall.exe failed

I am trying to set up AICCU. In order to do that I have to install drivers.
But unfortunately, the drivers seem to be old and Windows won't even let me install them manually without disabling driver verification.
tapinstall fails even though I disabled verification. Manual installation of OemWin2k.inf works.
So I read that there are updated drivers for OpenVPN. I downloaded the latest OpenVPN installer (openvpn-install-2.3.2-I003-x86_64.exe) and extracted the drivers with 7zFM from there (openvpn-install-2.3.2-I003-x86_64.exe\$TEMP\tap-windows.exe\driver) and tried again.
Manual installation of OemWin2k.inf works again (this time the verification is OK). But tapinstall.exe fails.
(manual installation works: http://puu.sh/69roC.png)
(tapinstall fails: http://puu.sh/69rXb.png)

Is it possible to manually do what tapinstall does - or any way to get tapinstall to succeed?

Is anyone even reading this?
Well. I resolved the problem by installing OpenVPN with all options disabled and onely "install adapter" enabled. IPv6 works now!
I can work with this - thanks @ SixXS

Somebody read. :-)
I had same problem in installing the driver.
And resolved this by your way - install (only adapter driver)OpenVPN.
One more: aiccu... console need to be started with administrator rights.
