Fritz!Box with static IPv4 and SixXS

I want IPv6 connectivity for my Fritz!Box which has a static IPv4 address and no IPv6 connectivity at all. I read through the FAX and used different search strings for collecting information, but I'm still unsure about the correct tunnel option. I'd prefer a static tunnel which whould be possible since my router has a static IPv4 address. But since it is a Fritz!Box I'm unsure if I can use a static tunnel. Unfortunately I have a transfer quota on my internet access, so sending heartbeats will reduce my quota; even if that might be only a small inconvenience, I'd rather use a static tunnel if possible (since heartbeats will not be needed as there will be no changes in the IPv4 address). TL;DR Is it possible to have a static tunnel on a Fritz!Box router if it has a static IPv4 address?

I forgot to mention that the static IPv4 address of the router is a public address, not a private one.

See http://www.avm.de/en/Extern/files/ipv6/IPv6_Technical_Note_en.pdf page 5: "6in4: The remote tunnel end-point and LAN prefix are configured manually" Thus, yes.
so sending heartbeats will reduce my quota;
heartbeats are so small, you really will not notice them. Indeed, if you have a real static address, then use it.

That means I can use a static tunnel when I don't choose "SixXS" but "6in4" in the Fritz!Box...?

Yes. SixXS does not require in any way to use TIC for configuring a tunnel. Static tunnels (proto-41) are supported by many OSs with just a few configuration lines. TIC just makes things convenient. (TIC is required for AYIYA and heartbeat due to the parameters involved needed by AICCU though).
