Non bridging SDSL modem+Linksys/DD-WRT

I have the following configuration for my IPV6 testing setup:
SDSL connection (pppoa)
Zyxel 792H SDSL modem
Linksys WRT610N+DD-WRT router
The Zyxel SDSL modem does not support bridging over the PPPOA protocol, so I have set it up as a NAT router with all ports forwarded to the linksys router.
Could this setup work? Or is a bridging modem required so I have my public IPV4 adress on the WAN side of the linksys?
Thanks in advance!

ports != protocols
for proto-41 ('static tunnel' or 'heartbeat') you need the ability to forward protocol 41. This can be accomplished with the "DMZ" feature in many cases.
AYIYA is just using UDP and doesn't need any trickery as generally it just works.

Thanks for the quick reply :)
I have done a search on the forum here, and set my tunnel to AYIYA and wil continue my testing :)

I have set the tunnel to AYIYA, re-executed the ipv6 script on my linksys router.
I see my packet loss going down from 100% to 80% ??
Anyone got tips for me? See this GIF:

The pictue is not vidible.
What happened is probably that your tunnel is up and running. The value in the image is an average. Something like: you had 100% packet loss (as the tunnel was not working) for 8 hours, then (when the tunnel started to work) you had 0% loss for 2 hours. The average is 80%.

Hello Thijs,
I also have a WRT610n with DD-WRT on it (DD-WRT v24-sp2 big (c) 2009 NewMedia-NET GmbH Release: 12/28/09 (SVN revision: 13527) which is running kernel 2.6.24.111.
I managed to start aiccu and the tunnel seems up but I don't get any traffic through the tunnel. Did you needed to do anything special to make it work?
Thanks,
Kind regards,
Tom
