rDNS with MS DNS

OK, so everything else I've seen about rDNS for IPv6 mentions using Bind. I already have rDNS setup and working in MS DNS, so is there some sort of way to use that instead?
I'm still not real clear on the whole thing...from what I can tell I need to publish my rDNS records to someone using some method.

Lets say you have 2001:db8:1234::/48, you slash that up into /64's and use of them of, eg 2001:db8:1234:5678::/64 convert that into an arpa tree: 8.7.6.5.4.3.2.1.8.b.d.0.1.0.0.2.ip6.arpa
Then you configure that in your DNS server, go to the webinterface for your subnet and give the hostname of the DNS server you set up above. Then the ns{123}.sixxs.net delegate that prefix to you, thus if a question comes for the reverse of 2001:db8:1234::/48 aka 4.3.2.1.8.b.d.0.1.0.0.2.ip6.arpa they will forward the query to you.
Presto.
That your DNS server is a Microsoft one is just your choice, it could also be bind, powerdns, tinydns, nsd, or whatever else you configure. As long as it speaks the DNS protocol it should work just fine. Nothing special about it anyway.
