ipv6 issue

Hi guys. Problem is NOT sixxs related.
Situation:
I have a pc(amd64 gentoo linux), another pc(router, amd64, gentoo) and internet connection. To be more specific: internet connection -> router -> switch(dumb one) -> wireless ap -> wirelss pc. Untill recently scheme was working perfectly.(than made a few software/kernel updates)
Router is connected over aiccu to sixxs and pings it with no problem.
I have issue of local connectivity.
1)I have radvd for stateless ip assignment(i have being messing with config since, so it may be messed up). Service seems to be sane and running, however my wifi card doesnt get ip address. tcpdump shows no incoming ipv6 advertisement packets. at the same time my router shows that packets are leaving interface connected to local network.
2) moment I assign ipv6 address to wlan0 i get solicitation to come through. and if i assign default route all works as expected. but not for long... In random fashion connection stopsworking. May end up afters several minutes may after several seconds.
I get on router(dmesg):
icmpv6_send: no reply to icmp error
Sounds like implementation of ipv6 on pc end. but I don't know what it can be...

Give me a hint please. ask more questions if needed
