Ciscio router+Dynamic IP

I would like to set up a tunnel to sixxs, but I have the following problem:
I want to use my Cisco router to build the tunnel to sixxs. My provider (Chello,NL) uses dynamic ip addresses and as far as I can see, my Cisco does not support the heartbeat protocol.
Can I safely select Static IP when requesting a tunnel?
Or is there some heartbeat functionality hidden somewhere ?
router: Cisco 2621 IOS 12.3(10) IP/IPX/AT/FW/IDS PLUS BASIC
Please note that I do not have much knowlegde about IPv6 and only have basic Cisco experience :)

Cisco doesn't support most things that are IPv6 related... nah kidding, it is getting better, but they don't support heartbeat.
You could use a static tunnel if the endpoint doesn't change for at least 4 months or so, otherwise you would run out of credits.

I already set up a static tunnel. So I'm hoping that my ISP does not change the ip address for a while :)
I also have a question.. How does sixxs define 'a dead endpoint'? one time unpingable? unpingable for 1 hour..?
I really want some credits for an ipv6 subnet :)

See the faq: not pingable for 24 hours or a latency > 100ms
