Adding AAAA record for root of my zone

I've discovered that my VPS provider, prgmr.com, supportsIPv6. Is there anything I should be aware of before I add an AAAA record for my webserver? The webserver's DNS name is the root of my zone.

That various things might just break unexpectedly.
The webserver's DNS name is the root of my zone.
Can you explain what you mean with "root of my zone" ?

My DNS zone is ciffer.net, and my website's URL is http://ciffer.net. I am considering adding an AAAA record for the webserver's IPv6 address:
@ IN A 72.13.95.43
IN AAAA 2001:1938:81:11d::2

Please just say "Domain" in the case, as that is what it is :)
You can do that, but you might have some issues which might be unexplainable or unexpected.
Generally it will just work fine though, but be aware.
