I forgot to post my routingtable
root@Basis:~# ip -6 route 2001:4dd0:ff00:12f::/64 via :: dev sixxs metric 256 mtu 1440 advmss 1380 2001:4dd0:ff00:12f::/64 dev br0 metric 1024 mtu 1500 advmss 1440 2000::/3 dev sixxs metric 1024 mtu 1440 advmss 1380 fe80::/64 dev eth2 metric 256 mtu 1500 advmss 1440 fe80::/64 dev eth0 metric 256 mtu 1500 advmss 1440 fe80::/64 dev br0 metric 256 mtu 1500 advmss 1440 fe80::/64 dev eth1 metric 256 mtu 1500 advmss 1440 fe80::/64 via :: dev sixxs metric 256 mtu 1440 advmss 1380 ff00::/8 dev eth2 metric 256 mtu 1500 advmss 1440 ff00::/8 dev eth0 metric 256 mtu 1500 advmss 1440 ff00::/8 dev br0 metric 256 mtu 1500 advmss 1440 ff00::/8 dev eth1 metric 256 mtu 1500 advmss 1440 ff00::/8 dev sixxs metric 256 mtu 1440 advmss 1380 default dev sixxs metric 1024 mtu 1440 advmss 1380

2001:4dd0:ff00:12f::/64 dev br0 metric 1024 mtu 1500 advmss 1440
This shows it quite obviously. A prefix can only exist on one interface, not multiple.

interface br0
{
AdvSendAdvert on;
prefix 2001:4dd0:ff00:12f::/64
That is a tunnel /64, it exists only on the tunnel, nowhere else. Prefixes that go into radvd.conf are subnets and should be requested separately.

By reading the FAQ you can find various ways to gain credits, if that is what you are referring to. Note that just 'waiting' does not help, your tunnel has to ping to gain credits (at least in most cases).
