Damn, looks like at least one of the switches in my network has buggy multicast implementation. Anyone happen to have pointers to up-to-date sources of information on ethernet hardware multicast capabilities? Looks like the existence of ethernet multicast problems has been relatively known for last couple of years but has anyone compiled a blacklist/whitelist of ethernet cards, switches, etc yet?
