I seem to have a probleem to compile my own Solaris8 Aiccu client. Is this client mandatory? Can someone provide a precompiled Solaris version for Aiccu?
I would be very thankful. Grtz
K.
Almost everything else compiles on the Solaris, but here i just cant seem to find out why?
I have tun/tap driver for solaris and it works when set manually.
If someone can help plz reply asap.

I've just built a binary for you from a somewhat older CVS version, which actually compiles on Solaris without any issues. Find the binary here:
AICCU 2005.05.23-console-sunos:
Note that this was compiled for a Ultra-60, thus sparc, not intel.
jeroen@valsinni:~$ ./aiccu version
AICCU 2005.05.23-console-sunos by Jeroen Massar
jeroen@valsinni:~$ uname -a
SunOS valsinni 5.8 Generic_117350-23 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-60
Also AICCU is only 'mandatory' for heartbeat/ayiya tunnels. Static tunnels you can of course configure manually.
