In case you run into this - Cisco IOS 15.1(2)T2 - can't ping tunnel endpoint

As the subject says - if you have a static tunnel configured & you're running 15.1(2)T2 (and may also apply to other 15.1T releases) - you probably won't be able to ping the IPv6 address on either side of the tunnel - ie, from the IPv6 network to your endpoint IPv6 address, nor from the router to the POP tunnel IPv6 address. Downgraded to 15.0(1)M3 and works 100% I'll follow-up and see if this is a known issue or a new problem. Disabling IPv6 CEF, the usual magic wand, won't make it better ;)

Any update on this? I'm looking into setting up something like this.

I am running IOS 15.1(4)M on a Cisco 2901. I can ping either end of my tunnel from my Cisco command line, as well as from an IPv6 client connected to the Cisco.
