Tunnel speed cap?

Hello,
I have some strange behavior. I've got 2 tunnels:
T12588 - ayiya
and
T43445 - heartbeat
They both interface with the same PoP, but on ayiya I get 2 Mbit/s downloads at most, while on heartbeat one max.
What's wrong?

See the FAQ on tunnel comparison, additionally though:
- especially for AYIYA you might hit CPU limitations as it signs every packet
- MTU sizes are different thus you might hit problems there
- there might be "QoS" in your network (un)preferring protocol 41, UDP or unknown UDP ports.
Apart from these kind of limitations, which mostly are physical, there is no such thing as a 'cap'.
