Reverse traceroute times out at remote end of T46493

Hello, I am using a Windows 7 box (firewall disabled) with the command line AICCU application to do an IPv6 tunnel (T46493) to the usdal01 SixXs POP. For the TAP driver, I installed OpenVPN v 2.1.3... My IPv6 IP address is 2001:1938:80:1a2::2... Here is my problem, I have the tunnel established, and working as far as I can tell from my end. IPv6 hosts ping perfectly, trace routes work. For instance, an printout from command prompt:
Tracing route to google.com [2a00:1450:8002::6a] over a maximum of 30 hops: 1 29 ms 28 ms 37 ms gw-419.dal-01.us.sixxs.net [2001:1938:80:1a2::1] 2 31 ms 70 ms 25 ms 2001:4de0:1000:a3::1 3 94 ms 116 ms 92 ms 2001:4de0:1000:28::1 4 113 ms 135 ms 132 ms 2001:4de0:1000:40::1 5 115 ms 131 ms 106 ms 2001:504:13::54 6 121 ms 161 ms 110 ms 2001:4860::1:0:607 7 100 ms 125 ms 106 ms 2001:4860::1:0:5db 8 120 ms 104 ms 128 ms 2001:4860::1:0:755 9 176 ms 212 ms 185 ms 2001:4860::1:0:6 10 231 ms 188 ms 243 ms 2001:4860::1:0:87c 11 187 ms 202 ms 183 ms 2001:4860::2:0:87d 12 183 ms 184 ms 207 ms 2001:4860:0:1::23 13 181 ms 184 ms 182 ms 2a00:1450:8002::6a Trace complete.
Everything works like a charm. I have a Nokia N900 using T-Mobiles beta IPv6 APN, and it can ping my Windows 7 machine just fine... So, what's the problem? Reverse tracerouting fails at the final hop... Observe:

Or worse yet:

In contrast, if I try to reverse traceroute SixX's side of the tunnel, everything works fine...

Now, as mentioned before, I have the default windows firewall disabled... Anyone have an idea what's going on? It doesn't seem to be affecting performance. I get 1.5Mbps at ipv6-speedtest.net, but it just seems like something is wrong if the reverse traceroute doesn't terminate properly. Thanks in advance! Joshua Patterson
