Fritz!Box heartbeat tunnel with 3G UMTS mobile connection

The Fritz!Box allows you to set up an IPv4 connection using a 3G USB UMTS modem instead of a DSL line or LAN1 ethernet. I have tried to set up a SixXS heartbeat tunnel using that connection. The Fritz!Box user interface shows the tunnel as properly setup, but I cannot ping the POP. When I use the same 3G USB modem on my notebook I am able to create an 'ayiya' tunnel that will ping the POP and gives me good IPv6 connectivity. Has anyone tried to do the same? What could be the problem with the heartbeat tunnel on the Fritz!Box using 3G? Regards, Frits.

Maybe your UMTS provider uses carrier grade NAT, i.e. you do not receive a routable IP-Adress - which is needed for heartbeat but not for AYIYA tunnels. Try the AYIYA Tunnel on the Fritz!Box.
