"network unreachable resolving 'youtube-ui.l.google.com/AAAA/IN': xxxx:xxxx:xxxx::x#53"
Can you do an IPv6 traceroute to the address that you xxx'd out?
nslookup answer is
For debugging DNS issues never use nslookup. Use the 'dig' command which provides a lot more details, especially details on what exactly is queried. As it seems you are trying to query for google related things, do realize that they do not publicly have AAAA records yet, but you can use the SixXS NScache for that.

No I can't do traceroue6 or ping6 when xxx'd timed out.I didn't check it before. And it happens for all sites not just google and youtube.thank you for reminding about google IPv6 but I did some configuration for google. But I found that my server can not find its IPV6 gateway after some minutes and after that the problems start. I put gateway6=xxx:XXX: in ethernet configuration file but it doesn't work. I add "ip -6 route add ::/0 via xxx:XXX:" but it was the same :(

You'll have to provide a lot more information about your setup if you want us to help you out. Is this host terminating a tunnel? Is it behind another router? What connects where? Can you ping the router? etc etc etc etc
