Need static tunnel set up on sandbox lab network
Shadow Hawkins on Thursday, 10 November 2011 20:58:58
Greetings,
I am looking to set up a static tunnel on a sandbox network in my lab. This network is connected only to the Internet and has a firewall managed by IT. The network will be used to host servers that should be reachable over the Internet via IPv6.
I have attempted configuring a tunnel on a system, but it is blocked presumably by policy on the firewall. I have spent some time reading through the FAQs and it is not exactly what open port request I must make to IT.
This is what I am guessing.. someone please confirm or assist.
TCP 3874 - My IPv4 to tic.sixxs.net IPv4
UDP 3740 - My IPv4 to PoP IPv4
protocol 41 ???
UDP 5072 - My IPv4 to PoP IPv4
Am I missing anything?
Thanks in advance!

As you say static tunnel, only proto-41 is needed if configuring manually. See also the firewall FAQ.
