Hi,
I have an IPv6 tunnel terminating on a Cisco with a statick IPv4 addres and configured my IPv6 SUbnet to "hand out" IPs to my local lan, using AR command on my router
interface tunnel10
description IPv6 uplink to sixxs
no ip address
ipv6 address xxxx:xxx:xxx:xx::2/64
ipv6 enabled

You most likely broke your IPv4 setup, see also the other thread you created.
