Setting its own DNS(v6) with Neighbour's ISPs(v4)

Hello, I've received the password and so on for testing ipv6 SIXXS connectivity.
(not tested yet)
My Linux machine configuration, for now, as I'm doing some kernel compilation is :
Linux foucart-SATELLITE-PRO-C850-10X 3.2.0-23-generic-pae #36-Ubuntu SMP Tue Apr 10 22:19:09 UTC 2012 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
A Linux Ubuntu Live CD that I'm continuing to modify and which costs me less than 10 euros.
I've installed over it (a Toshiba laptop under Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.)
an rtl driver which allows me to have an Internet access (IPv4) via Wifi
on some local (neighbour) non secure WIFI boxes.
root@foucart-SATELLITE-PRO-C850-10X:~# ipv6calc -q -i fe80::26ec:99ff:fe2a:c1f8
Address type: unicast, link-local
Registry for address: reserved
Interface identifier: 26ec:99ff:fe2a:c1f8
EUI-48/MAC address: 24:ec:99:2a:c1:f8
MAC is a global unique one
MAC is an unicast one
OUI is: Askey Computer Corp
-------------------
driver : rtl8723e
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
root@foucart-SATELLITE-PRO-C850-10X:/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections# ls
bbox2-1fb8 bbox2-2132 bbox2-3bb5 bbox2-6f21 bbox2 Claude SpeedTouch4D1E45
PS1 : I don't know if it is really hacking! But I could modify the configuration of these boxes via IPv4
(local routers) if I would like to do so.
The 'owners'f these boxes (neighbours) haven't got any knowledge about IPv6!
So, I need some security issues before doing something stupid as I don't know how the protocol
-------------------------------------
will be propagated (I don't want do disturb their networks) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Use of RADVD and so on . as a local IPv6address is already provided on my wlan iface.
With use of the MAC address.
Can't we, manually, set a 'global' IPv6address/network. yes
Do we have to wait for the ISP ?????
But the problem is that they are in IpV4.
PS2: I would just like to test some Ipv6 sockets libraries that I've developed some years ago
and make it running on a wlan iface of my 'mobile' portable PC with a reachable
'global' Address as this is my only available world iface.
I've already tested the gogoc service which gives me a tun where I can do some ICMPv6 stuffs
as it is explained in the http://livre.g6.asso.fr/index.php/Mini-ping.
tun Link encap:UNSPEC HWaddr 00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00
inet6 addr: 2001:5c0:1400:a::8c1/128 Scope:Global
---- ------
root@foucart-SATELLITE-PRO-C850-10X:~# ipv6calc -q -i 2001:5c0:1400:a::8c1
Address type: unicast, global-unicast
Address type has SLA: 000a
Registry for address: ARIN
Interface identifier: 0000:0000:0000:08c1
----------------------
Interface identifier is probably manual set or based on a local EUI-64 identifier
Can't we have several ?
Once the Sixxs tun is determined, how to set an IPv6 own DNS with the root servers?

From a legal point of view, using such networks is not allowed in most countries, including Belgium.
As such, do not use them unless you have explicit permission from the owner of those networks to do so.
Yes, it is their mistake that they misconfigured them, but that does not permit usage. It is like climbing through an open window, it still is entering and using a property that one does not have permission for.
