Static or AYIYA

I have a ZyXEL 660H Router and a static IP from my ISP. Because I do not know, if my NAT-Router can handle static links I have selected AYIYA as transport protocol and this works. But so I always need to have running AICCU, with static I would not. Is there an easy way to check if I can use static?

Can the device which terminates the IPv4 address setup IPv6-in-IPv4 tunnels (aka proto-41); if yes, then it should work fine; otherwise you have to do weird tricks with proto-41 forwarding to the host behind the NAT device, can work, doesn't always work.
If you have a static IPv4 though I would suggest you attach it to a device which can properly use it.

I don't know, if my NAT device can handle proto-41 (I don't think so, but how to check?). The host that is behind the NAT can handle handle proto-41, this I know.

Simple: Can you configure an IPv6 tunnel on it? :)
