I can't seem to set up the tunnel properly

The tunnel worked fine for about a week, but after last weekend it didnt work anymore. :? I've been trying to understand why things don't work properly, but at the moment I just can't grasp the principles underlying it all. Could someone please assist me? I'm using windows xp, with a dynamic heartbeat tunnel. The tunnel is set up to connect to Scarlet.. nlams4 SIXXS IPv6 = 2001:960:2:14d::1 My IPv6 = 2001:960:2:14d::2 When I try to ping6 to 2001:960:2:14d::1 I get a "request timed out" message. Tracert6 doesnt work either..
