AICCU on Mac OS X 10.5 - Permission denied?

Hi i've been trying to install and launch AICCU on my MacBook (OS X 10.5) I downloaded the pre-compiled binary and removed the ".exe" then i downloaded the example config, changed it to my username and password and put it into /private/etc/ (there was no /etc/) when i launch the program now i get the following output: [CODE]## exec failed ## /Users/christoph/Downloads/aiccu-mac-i386 Permission denied[/CODE] what's the reason for that or what iam doing wrong? pls help Christoph

You'll probably have to run aiccu as root:
sudo aiccu start
At least that's the way it is on 10.3.9...I'm sure 10.5 is the same.
