Cannot create new tunnel

i created a tunnel T136978 and noticed afterwards that I am connecting from a dynamic IP. So I tried to change the type but the option was not available. Finally I decided to delete this tunnel and request a new one, but after deletion, the menu to create a new tunnel won't be clickable for me any more. Please enable me to create a tunnel or change the deleted tunnel accordingly. Thank you! -Sebastian

Note that this is not a technical problem, as such contact info@sixxs.net to have it resolved.
So I tried to change the type but the option was not available.
Changing tunnel types is always possible, as long as the tunnel is enabled.
. Finally I decided to delete this tunnel and request a new one, but after deletion, the menu to create a new tunnel won't be clickable for me any more.
The SixXS system is built to avoid resource waste. Requesting a tunnel and deleting it to just request a new one is not how it is meant to be used.
